We have a fair and reasonable refund policy for all purchases made through our website or store locations. We try to make the customer’s return experience, easy and painless. If you are not satisfied in any way, you can return your item within 15 days of purchase with your receipt.

We do have some requirements for all returns, because of the type of merchandise we sale (Auction Related, Collectible, Rare, Antiques, etc). Please read thoroughly below and follow all requirements, Thank You!

In-Store Return Requirements

  • Within 15 Days of Purchase
  • Original Receipt of Purchase
  • Item(s) – No Visible Damage (Exact Sold Condition)
  • Good Return Reputation
  • Refund Same Type of Payment (Credit Card, Cash)
  • Must be returned to original in-store location.

Online Return Requirements

  • Mailed Within 15 Days of Purchase
  • Original Receipt of Purchase
  • Package up all Item(s) and Accessories, Manuel’s
  • Print and add our Packing Slip / Return Form
  • Item(s) – No Visible Damage (Exact Sold Condition)
  • Good Return Reputation
  • Refund Same Type of Payment (Credit Card)
  • Must be returned by mail only.

Online Order Returns

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non refundable.

For online purchases damaged through shipping: If item(s) were purchased with shipping insurance, please take a picture of visible damage to shipping package and include it with your return.

We reserve the right to deny any return that we believe does not meet our return policy. We will also inspect higher priced items thoroughly, before allowing a refund. Excessive/Abusive returns may end in denial of return. On certain returns, we may offer store credit, only.
